I’d normally not request a loaner vehicle, but one was offered at the time of rescheduling. This was a huge convenience as I live approximately an hour way. I anticipated my service to take the entire day because several items where being addressed. I was pleasantly surprised to discover all items had been quickly handled in only a few hours.
