Always excellent, courteous and friendly Nico always looks after me when my car's in for service. Nico is a HUGE asset to your team! Upon purchasing my, new to me, 2015 x3, I learned there was a good bit of servicing that needed to be done to get it running at optimum performance an Upon purchasing my, new to me, 2015 x3, I learned there was a good bit of servicing that needed to be done to get it running at optimum performance and up to bmw standards. I was a bit stressed out by this, having taken on a vehicle with more issues than I was originally aware of. however, once the vehicle was in the shop, Nico was able to get every little thing taken care of, and get my car running perfect again. His customer service is outstanding, unmatched by any other service center I’ve experienced. I’m grateful for his work and your service teams work, to get my vehicle in tip top shape. Thank you. More

Fast service. BMW service department is really fast. So far I have had 2 visits and both had my car done in less then 24 hours. Great Over all it was a good experience. Only thing I did not like was that when parts needed to be ordered they ordered the wrong parts. Was fix by overnig Over all it was a good experience. Was fix by overnighting the part over but I do not live in anchorage so if I was only their for a couple of days then that would have not worked. Also when I bought a new key they did not program all the features so I had to come back. Not really happy about having to come back and forth all the time. Service Nico was good and I thank him a lot for what he did understanding that I live on Kodiak he was great to work with. Thank you. More
