Worst dealship confrim truck is in stock with there staff drive 3 hrs to get there for them to tell me truck is at there other location now with a deposit on it ???? Are you kidding me More

Empire Auto Group has 4 locations and if a customer from another location requests to test drive a vehicle, we will move the vehicle to another location. As far as the vehicle having a deposit on it. We cannot guarantee that a vehicle will still be available, unless a deposit is placed on the vehicle to hold it. We understand that you took a 3 hour drive and then the vehicle you were interested in had a deposit on it. We would have gladly taken a deposit from you to avoid the confusion.
