My warranty covered the part, which is fantastic, but the part was on back order for 3-4 weeks. Why am I responsible to pay for a rental car, out of pocket, for something that isn’t my fault? I understand paying for a certain period (length of repair) but to have to pay for a back order? I highly disagree with that and think it’s ridiculous and rough on anybody’s pocket. Again, the employee and stores were amazing to me, it’s just the principle of what I said above. More
