It is always a wonderful experience taking my vehicle in for service. The advisors are great. They separate what has to be done with what needs to be done soon. They were very professional! I had an issue with a “rattling noise” after I picked my jeep up. I went right back. The service technician offered to have someone ride with me. Car I had an issue with a “rattling noise” after I picked my jeep up. I went right back. The service technician offered to have someone ride with me. Carson came along and to my absolute embarrassment he noticed it was because my passenger visor was not clipped. He calmed my embarrassment and tells me it’s okay happens all the time. He was very kind about it as well. Even when I felt so embarrassed. More
