scheduled service (oil change) and new tires. came in and they asked if had i checked to see if the tires were in stock. i assumed that by scheduling the service that the service tech would hav came in and they asked if had i checked to see if the tires were in stock. i assumed that by scheduling the service that the service tech would have already done that. luckily the tires were in stock. now, 2 1/2 hours later the vehicle is still not ready and that it would be “another hour” because there were other people ahead of me. hmmm. maybe an 11 am appt is not the best time? staff at lunch and i lose an hour right off the bat? did the fact that they were not expecting the tire work (not my fault) that the maintenance tech’s planned schedule got pushed? proactive customer service is not my service techs strong point. no appt available for the next three weeks. this place is always hard to book service with. never an available appointment within three weeks it seems. staffing problems?
