I took my truck in for an oil change and got it back with the leather on the passenger door peeled up. When asked about it, they blamed it on the heat, but none of the other doors were affected, and it would the leather on the passenger door peeled up. When asked about it, they blamed it on the heat, but none of the other doors were affected, and it wouldn't pull all of the leather away from the door at one time if it was the heat. They attempted to "fix it" by tucking the leather into the door frame and bending some of the window trim. The leather was still sticking up after the attempted "fix" if you could call it that. I spend a lot of time in the truck and know all of the little nuances of it, and I was less than thrilled to get it back damaged then get a half hearted explanation for the damage and no actual attempt to make it right. More

Very helpful and friendly Service Department. I dropped off my car the night before and got a text as soon as they pulled my car in for service (Oil Change). Thing one thing that wasn't complete was the resetting of my oil change alert on my dash, but I can do that. More
