The fishing hook that is in place when you drive in the service Dept is just a very deceptive device to hook a women, uneducated and elderly people. I turned my steering wheel when I came in to the garage door so how can you tell me that my front in alignment is out on my steering wasn’t even a straight when I came in. I will not be back to spend even my companies money to get an oil change at this establishment any longer. Furthermore I was interested in purchasing a truck and now I will go somewhere else. More
