Dropped vehicle off for state inspection. Appointment was for 10am, but we dropped it off early, thinking maybe we'd get it done sooner. It's been there practically all day. I realize that they don't m was for 10am, but we dropped it off early, thinking maybe we'd get it done sooner. It's been there practically all day. I realize that they don't make any money doing state inspections unless they can convince me to do additional service work, but I know it doesn't take all day to do an inspection. And it doesn't seem to matter if you wait for the vehicle or if you drop it off. I don't understand why this dealership is so slow. If it wasn't for the fact they're really close, I'd seriously find another place to take my wife's Jeep. More

My vehicle is normally inspected as soon as the month comes in however this year with the pandemic it’s been hard to locate a place locally that is not completely booked each day, I called Hall Jeep to s comes in however this year with the pandemic it’s been hard to locate a place locally that is not completely booked each day, I called Hall Jeep to see if I could possibly get in next week and the arranged an inspection this week! Beyond my expectations and when I went pay was advised inspections are free -I kindly told the young lady, no I didn’t purchase at Hall, she advised still free. My mind is blown and if customer service is this great with service - imagine if I purchased at Hall. My next Jeep will be purchased at Hall! Thank you so much. More

I took my truck in for an oil change and got it back with the leather on the passenger door peeled up. When asked about it, they blamed it on the heat, but none of the other doors were affected, and it would the leather on the passenger door peeled up. When asked about it, they blamed it on the heat, but none of the other doors were affected, and it wouldn't pull all of the leather away from the door at one time if it was the heat. They attempted to "fix it" by tucking the leather into the door frame and bending some of the window trim. The leather was still sticking up after the attempted "fix" if you could call it that. I spend a lot of time in the truck and know all of the little nuances of it, and I was less than thrilled to get it back damaged then get a half hearted explanation for the damage and no actual attempt to make it right. More
