Everyone is incredibly nice at the dealership and the facilities are clean and comfortable. JD is an outstanding salesman and I highly recommend him to any potential toyota buyers. He recognizes me anytime I am at the dealership for my vehicle's service appointments and always makes it a point to speak. He took care of me after the paperwork was signed on my new toyota RAV 4, when we had a minor issue with the car, just as well as he did when he was making the sale. I will always buy Toyota going forward. More

We were driving to Florida from Illinois. We stopped in Macon overnight to rest. We heard that my Highlander was making a little noise that it didn’t normally make. My husband took it into Bu We stopped in Macon overnight to rest. We heard that my Highlander was making a little noise that it didn’t normally make. My husband took it into Butler Toyota in the morning. They said my water pump was making the noise and needed replaced. They fixed it, changed the oil, flushed the coolant and rotated the tires and we were back on the road that afternoon. Can not express how satisfied I am with the service team at Butler. The service manager and technician both worked on my car and Dustin the service manager worked so hard to make sure it didn’t ruin our spring break. So instead of a big ordeal it was a minor pit stop! Thanks so much!!!! More
