Wasn’t very helpful through the end of my lease process and didn’t have good advice to give towards other options in finding anything that would suit me I went from an escape to nothing. The best she could do was a fusion which with my sciatica acting up made it impossible for me to get into a low riding vehicle. Will not recommend to anyone. During one of the most difficult times in my life, my car died. I was in a position where I had no choice but to purchase a vehicle when I could not afford one. Nicole Elder was horrible to me. Ms. Elder made the experience worse than I could have possible imagined. The poor treatment I received was never resolved to my satisfaction. Buyer beware! More
