We are always treated with respect and truly feel valued as customers whether we are encountering the service department, sales, or the BMW Genius staff. Such was our encounter with Nicole Fiore. She really is a BMW Genius! We learned many things about the features of our new 530i and the experience was invaluable. We are quite confident Nicole will provide sound advice as we continue to explore our new BMW. Thanks Nicole! More

He even helped me "unlock" my credit bureau accounts, so we could get the deal done! Never any high pressure sales nonsense. Also, Nicole Fiore (My BMW Genius) was great. She knows her stuff and helped walk me through all the "Tech" features. She is definitely the right person for the job! Hassan EL Hakim, our Finance Manager, was great. No high pressure to sell us all the "add ons". Great TEAM of professionals Thanks...Jim B More
