Nicole was very professional and personable at the same time. I was soo happy that she was the person that took my call Sunday. I was a bit rushed and knew what I wanted. I knew I was coming up to the end on my lease and had spoken several times to Nicole. I had received numerous calls and letters offering me another 540. However, the price point was not what I wanted at this time. I absolutely loved my 540 but it was time to downsize but still remain loyal to BMW and Braman. Nicole understood my needs in terms of vehicle model and price point. This is the third vehicle I have purchased/leased through Nicole and she is sensitive to my needs and my anxiety over purchasing/leasing a car. She was patient with my never ending questions and concerns. In the end, she did an amazing job finding me the model I wanted and at the price point I wanted.
