Oil Change (The works) Upon arrival I was not greeted or acknowledged in any way. No one offered to help or assist me for several minutes even though I was the only customer Upon arrival I was not greeted or acknowledged in any way. No one offered to help or assist me for several minutes even though I was the only customer standing in the area of the service desk where 2 employees were positioned. The customer service I received for this visit was not what I am used to receiving from Ford. I am hoping this visit was a one off. More

Terrible service from Service Department Left vehicle on 11/24/18 with questionable water pump problem. We called on 11/26/18 for update on vehicle. 1st response was that vehicle couldn’t be Left vehicle on 11/24/18 with questionable water pump problem. We called on 11/26/18 for update on vehicle. 1st response was that vehicle couldn’t be located. After further searching, vehicle was located. Getting any information from the Service Department was extremely slow. On 11/28, we went to dealership to check on progress. Nothing had been done. After speaking with the Service Department Manager, we were told that vehicle would now be looked at. It was determined that vehicle only needed water T above the water pump. Vehicle was finally completed 11/29/18. Communication from the Service Department to owner is terrible. We purchased an extended warranty with this vehicle & if this is how customers are routinely treated, we would have had second thoughts about purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Disgusted & disappointed. More
