Very disappointed, asked question about car being washed. She ashored me it was done. Later to find out she lied(spoke without checking.) I had to wait longer to get it done. Will not use Caitlyn Nearhood ( She ashored me it was done. Later to find out she lied(spoke without checking.) I had to wait longer to get it done. The service has gotten worse. I had an apportionment and I sat in my car a good 10 or more minutes waiting on a person to check me in they were some standing around helping peopl I had an apportionment and I sat in my car a good 10 or more minutes waiting on a person to check me in they were some standing around helping people, some seating g in there office with now customers,one guy came and told me someone will be with me.My time didn't seem to matter to knowbody but me. I can do better somewhere else. More
