The only knock against Premier was when the finance manager tried to sell an extended warranty at the very end of the signing process. Kind of high pressure and uncomfortable too! After having my car totaled and then getting mislead by another dealer up until the day I was supposed to pick up a car I had already put money down for, I was ultimately still without a car and at a loss another dealer up until the day I was supposed to pick up a car I had already put money down for, I was ultimately still without a car and at a loss for what to do. I pulled up to Premier stressed as ever with no idea what to do. I told them the situation and within 30 minutes Nikita and Phil did everything they could to help me and I drove away in a brand new car that same day. Words can’t express how grateful I am! More
