I am super happy with my experience, Nikki is amazing and wonderful to work with. She's responsive and just a pleasant individual to work with. I seriously cannot say enough about about her. I am really looking forward to picking up my new echodiesel some time around June, it will be a great birthday present for me. He called with updates of my build and even though he was on vacation when it t arrived, hooked me up with Nikki! Her customer service was also top notch. Above and beyond customer service. I purchased my vehicle about six months ago back in September. Nikki was the nicest salesperson I have ever worked with in my life. She not only knew about the vehicle I wanted to get but she was able September. Nikki was the nicest salesperson I have ever worked with in my life. She not only knew about the vehicle I wanted to get but she was able to answer my questions and even answer the ones I did not know I had yet. Buying a vehicle is always very stressful and time-consuming. But it seemed to go by quickly. During the car buying/financing process, Nikki chatted with me and basically made me feel at home in the dealership. After I got home in my new Jeep I had some questions come up. Nikki was on hand to answer them and even reached out to make sure I was enjoying my new ride. Even months after buying the vehicle, I ran into Nikki at my work. She still knew me by name making me feel like a valued customer at Roberson Motors. I would definitely recommend anyone to look for their next vehicle here and to call Nikki. More
