In my experience this is the most dishonest dealership I’ve ever been to. They switched paperwork and lied about my trade in value. She switched paperwork and lied about the reason, leaving my price 5k hi I’ve ever been to. They switched paperwork and lied about my trade in value. I didn’t get any paperwork after my purchase and went back and was able to fix this. But when I want back address this I found out she only gave me ~5k for my trade, not the 12k we agreed on based on kbb. Even the finance guy agreed how shady this was. When I asked for a copy of the appraisal they refused. I would not recommend this dealer. More
