I shouldn't have to pay more than sticker price for the car that I really want. I shouldn't have to dig back through my paperwork to see that the balance that I had from my prior vehicle was in fact carried forward instead of being "taken care of" as was insisted the day of purchase. I shouldn't have to hear "You're still here?" by employees as I'm waiting on finance because the whole process takes too long. Maybe my expectations are too high but buying a car from a dealership remains one of the worst experiences we have to deal with. This one was no different. More

Bait and Switch Great initial quote - about $2500 less than my local dealer - but when I asked for an out the door quote they were $1000 MORE than my local dealer! Of course it wasn't itemized so all I can assume is the "Window Tint, Nitrogen fill and 1 year key replacement" are really expensive. Price went from $22,373 to $24,890 with just those changes. Always get an OTD quote and this proves why - prevents me getting sucked into false upfront prices... More

So when you are buying a car here everyone if friendly but when you are not happy you are ignored. I am happy with the car. More
