Aaron, the salesman, after 2-3 weeks of back and forth communicating since the first day I walked into the dealership, told me he couldn’t work with me over the phone and to have a nice day. A month later communicating since the first day I walked into the dealership, told me he couldn’t work with me over the phone and to have a nice day. A month later, I connect with a manager for assistance. The old salesman continues to call and harass me and my family. Then finance makes paperwork errors. Total time from first day entering the dealership to keys in hand was 2 months. No excuse. Horrible dealership. Never would go back. no accountability. More
