I just got told that the Nissan of Clearwater does not want me back at the shop after I spent 1,668.00 on A clip, alternator and battery. All warranty parts. Miguel was very helpful and did everything he could to meet our needs. Positive experience. After a few days with the car, an engine leak was noticed and Miguel did everything in his power to resolve th meet our needs. Positive experience. After a few days with the car, an engine leak was noticed and Miguel did everything in his power to resolve the issue, including loaning me one of his new cars that was for sale (the service dept had no loaners at the time). Very good service! It was a long wait - 2 plus hours. I purposely booked later in the day to avoid this. I was surprised that the service rep couldn't put my previous s It was a long wait - 2 plus hours. I purposely booked later in the day to avoid this. I was surprised that the service rep couldn't put my previous service work in their computer so we are both on the same page. Also it was very nice that Sam B stopped and visited with me - very nice. I liked the short video on the service analysis - a first. All in all very satisfied. More
