I just got told that the Nissan of Clearwater does not want me back at the shop after I spent 1,668.00 on A clip, alternator and battery. All warranty parts. Miguel was very helpful and did everything he could to meet our needs. Positive experience. After a few days with the car, an engine leak was noticed and Miguel did everything in his power to resolve th meet our needs. Positive experience. Very good service! It was a long wait - 2 plus hours. I purposely booked later in the day to avoid this. I was surprised that the service rep couldn't put my previous service work in their computer so we are both on the same page. Also it was very nice that Sam B stopped and visited with me - very nice. I liked the short video on the service analysis - a first. All in all very satisfied. More
