The oil change and tire rotation service was fine , BUT of both times the vehicle was in for this type service the tire pressure on all tires was not at the recommended psi of 33. All tires were at a psi a of both times the vehicle was in for this type service the tire pressure on all tires was not at the recommended psi of 33. All tires were at a psi above 40. I am also still waiting for a mailed copy of the service report which I was told would be mailed to me because the customer service person we checked in with wasn’t available when our car’s service work was completed. The person who checked us out couldn’t fine the service report but said we would receive a copy in the mail. Still waiting. More

Recently purchased a used car from the dealership, turns out there was a significant issues with the heater box not functioning, it took a while to realizes that things were not working as they should. Onc out there was a significant issues with the heater box not functioning, it took a while to realizes that things were not working as they should. Once I determined what the general problem was I took it in and the service department diagnosed the problem and it was fixed as part of the warranty that came with the car. I am very happy with the way they made the issue right. More
