Recently purchased a used car from the dealership, turns out there was a significant issues with the heater box not functioning, it took a while to realizes that things were not working as they should. Staff were pleasant and service completed efficiently. I requested battery replacement for one fob but they did both and would not adjust bill accordingly. I had just replaced the battery on one fob so this was totally unnecessary-waste of a battery and extra cost. Next time fob battery needs to be changed I will go to dealer to get my credit but after that is used, will go elsewhere. I also wonder if I will ever get the credit? I also had a coupon from Nissan which service staff were unfamiliar with so first, I had to show the coupon and second, forward it to get the discount. More

Consumer beware. My vehicle was brought in for an oil change, tire rotation, a recall, and to assess why the heater was not working. They were informed I had a "servi My vehicle was brought in for an oil change, tire rotation, a recall, and to assess why the heater was not working. They were informed I had a "service engine soon" light on as well. I was told at the service counter that there would be a $225 charge to determine why the light was on in addition to $169 to assess/diagnose the heating situation. I informed them that the light had been on for quite some time and the vehicle had been running well during that time so to skip the diagnostics for the light. My bill totaled $330.63. Of great concern was the additional $49.53 of misc charges which encompassed $1.93 for a records disposal fee, $25.00 for shop supplies, and $22.60 for an environmental recycling fee (not including tax). In summary, my oil/filter change and tire rotation totaled $94.96 without tax. Please be aware that they tack on an addition $49.53 for misc charges for every customer regardless of what services were completed. Furthermore, the "service engine soon" light will remain on, even if it is simply a notification that the vehicle is due for this service. More
