Nice dealership but I took my Nissan in for a recall which was going to take 4-5 hours to do and the appointment was set for 11am. I was told at check in it would take 6-7 hours due they were missing a which was going to take 4-5 hours to do and the appointment was set for 11am. I was told at check in it would take 6-7 hours due they were missing a technician that was on vacation. We drove 1 hour to do this. Ended up having to drive all the way back to Eau Claire the next day. Not fun. More

After 2 visits with Nissan, I am pleased with the communication, but the issue I was there for, they were unable to fix. To me this is an issue that causes me frustration and not being comfortable d communication, but the issue I was there for, they were unable to fix. To me this is an issue that causes me frustration and not being comfortable driving due to the vibration in the steering wheel. Hopefully I can talk to anyone that may listen to see if the issue can be solved. Thank You Nissan for trying your best. More
