A good experience overall, but disappointed with their used car pricing disclosure. I was quoted a price of $X,XXX on a used vehicle, which was in the “good price” range for it. I stopped back the followi used car pricing disclosure. I was quoted a price of $X,XXX on a used vehicle, which was in the “good price” range for it. I stopped back the following day for a second test drive, and wanted to buy the vehicle. When I sat down with salesman, the price jumped by $1,500 - almost a 9% increase - for “dealer installed accessories” of nitrogen in the tires and clear plastic “door edge protection” tape. The salesman had mentioned these item as being on the car when we did our test drives, but there was no indication that they weren’t included in the quoted price. Very deceptive (and way overpriced) in my opinion. More

(i’m so sorry, I’m horrible with names!) was absolutely amazing and sweet and helped me get a great deal too with all of the warranties i wanted. All in all because of Nikk and the finance manager I had a great experience, especially as an (almost) 21 year old buyer who was getting a brand new car with no cosigner. I walked out with a 2024 Honda HRV Sport!:) More
