Satisfying but average The rebates and discounts were generous for the vehicle I was looking for which was because it was end of month. This one thing made the 3 hour drive The rebates and discounts were generous for the vehicle I was looking for which was because it was end of month. This one thing made the 3 hour drive worth it. There were a few things that I didn’t care for.... 1. As soon as we got to the dealership we met the sales guy and within 10 minutes he said we seem like cool people and asked us for a ride back to where we came from. That was awkward but we said yes. There was a lot of back and forth of dealing the new car and the trade in which made thing take longer than we thought. We could tell the sales guy was getting impatient with us. After everything was finalized, the sales guy said it was to late for him to ride back with us, I wasn’t looking forward to the ride. 2. Finance had marked up the interest 1.5%. 3. The sales guys and managers need to communicate better. Before we drove to Corwin we wanted the $399 charge for the PULSE taken off since it’s not required by law. The sales guys said it’s an easy thing to do and they can do that for us. We get there and we ask for it to be taken off and the sales manager said he can’t do that. I understand the want the sale of the item, but don’t tell me one thing and something different later on. Get on the same page. Other than that, the only thing worth going to Corwin was it was EOM and I got a better deal on the new car. More
