First ever review I want to say that this is my official first review ever. I walked into that dealer looking for information and clarification about the new 2015 golf I want to say that this is my official first review ever. I walked into that dealer looking for information and clarification about the new 2015 golf and I got that and then some. I specifically dealt with the salesman Niko who knew these cars like the back of his hand. I had done my research and did so many times after we spoke and never was there smoke blowing. I went in and out of the dealer over several weeks talking with him and he never once pressured me, just made sure all my questions were answered. After many test drives I actually ended up buying a Passatt because it fit my needs better. His attitude and knowledge is probably the only reason I bought from there. I would love to say awesome things about the finance team but there's nothing to glorify there. Same ol stuff as many dealers. Even till now Niko calls or text to see how I'm enjoying my vehicle. The service department did take care of me this past Wednesday when I came in for the 10k maintaince and that was pleasurable. They even coordinated to have my vehicle detailed which I thought was above and beyond what they needed to do. I believe the gentlemens name who did it was Gomes and my car looks spanking new again. Will be going back for the Touareg pretty soon because of Niko. More
