They really care about getting their customers into a car that fits their needs and finances. No one made me feel pushed into making a deal. They explained everything to my understanding. Even the other men in the building, not directly working with me, introduced themselves to me and were very friendly. I was very impressed with the entire team at Anchorage Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Center. I put an inquiry in for a 2018 Dodge Journey and within an hour I received a call from Nikola. He took care of everything and sent my application to Jason and within 2 hours I was approved for my vehicle. Once I got to the dealership they had all of the paperwork ready for me and the Journey looked even better in person. Nikola even had studded tires put on since the tires that the vehicle came with weren’t that good. Nikola, Jason, and Don were amazing and we were so happy with the extended warranty we purchased as well.
