Me and my wife were very pleased with Nick and VW of Naples. Nick responded to my calls and text very quick and got us into the exact compacted suv that we were looking for. What I liked about Nick was even if he didn’t know the answer to a question we had, instead of beating around the bush he made sure to get the correct answer from his manager. He was also very knowledgeable about the vehicles we looked at and offered us water 2 time on that hot day. Anyway, thanks to his insight the procedure of buying a new car and replacing the old one that had already done miles, it came out a little earlier than planned, and I don't regret it, the more I put it off, the lower my old car's value would be. I had quite a few request and small concerns in the buying process, but Niko addressed them all and took care of them perfectly! I highly recommend him if you are looking to buy a new Volkswagen or whatever, very patient and attentive, quite well educated too. It struck me that many of his colleagues are a little more aggressive when it comes time for negotiations and not so patient, that’s why I recommend him. More
