When I first met with Nik, we discussed what I was looking for in a preowned vehicle. At that time there was none on the lot. Nik kept in contact with me from time to time as vehicles arrived that fit my desire. Nik contacted me that there was a preowned Audi A5 that I might be interested in. I met with Nik, took the car for a test drive and went through the purchase process. Although the vehicle was Certified, I thought that the brake rotors were prematurely grooved. Nik did his best to resolve my concerns, working with his management team and third-party venders. Nik has shown a high degree of professionalism and respect when dealing with customers, the dealership should be proud of this employee, he is and will be a great asset. More

I started emailing VW Naples about a week or so ago after I felt that someone at the Fort Myers branch was just pushing me to buy a car I didn't want. Nikolas was the one that replied and boy I was happy. I felt that someone at the Fort Myers branch was just pushing me to buy a car I didn't want. Nikolas was the one that replied and boy I was happy. If you're looking for a salesperson that doesn't push you to get a car, he's the one. If you're looking for a salesperson that listens, he's the one. If you're looking for a salesperson that gives recommendations when asked, he's the one. If you're looking for a salesperson that really gets you the vehicle you want (if available of course) without any weird other sales tactics that you may experience at other dealers.... yup, you guessed: He's the one! This was an all-out positive experience. Even when the whole IT network went down, he pivoted and gave options to do all the paperwork now and the rest at a later time. I hope that the car I bought (Brand new Jetta) also gives me a positive experience for the next coming years. I will however refer people to Nikolas as my experience was certainly one of the best ones I've had with car dealerships and their salesmen. More
