Nikolas Gomes is excellent advisor. Very attentive and responsive. He handled check engine issue on my X5 very professionally. It appears there are a number of new service folks. Big smiles, quickly checking me in for service. I asked to speak to a service technician concerning a noise I wanted to discuss. Within minutes Nikol Big smiles, quickly checking me in for service. I asked to speak to a service technician concerning a noise I wanted to discuss. He answered my questions with polite and professional regard, and advised me of a number of options going forward....He even convinced me to have a courtesy car wash, that was outstanding. More
