Lia VW is an excellent car dealership for regular VW service. It makes scheduling an appointment very easy with its online reservation service. I was actually able to make an oil change appointment just service. It makes scheduling an appointment very easy with its online reservation service. I was actually able to make an oil change appointment just one day before I wanted it. When I got there 15 minutes before my appointment time, the attendant at the service desk took my information immediately and honored my coupons for service credit that I had on my account and for their Wednesday oil change special. Lia VW has a great customer waiting area that offers coffee, water, snacks and a quiet space if you need to do some work while you wait. During my visit, they let me know that my car needed some other recommended service and I was able to get that done also. The service was prompt and professional, and I was ready to leave after waiting only an hour, even with the extra service that was needed besides the oil service. I would highly recommend Lia VW for any service your VW might need. Nikole Goodman runs an excellent service department and her staff are efficient and courteous. I would highly recommend Lia VW for any service your VW needs. More

I had a very positive experience with the Lia VW service department team, particularly the focused and professional approach of representative Jason Farwell. My Passat suffered a major technical problem on the way to the airport at 4:30 a.m. to catch a flight to take care of my 96 year-old mother. Leaving the car at the airport parking lot I contacted Jason the next and arranged to have to towed to Lia. When I returned the car was fixed and ready to go. Huge thanks to Jason and the team for handling this so well at a very challenging time for me. More

We went to the dealership for an oil and filter change and air filter change on a 2016 VW Touareg. A week later we went on a long road trip. After 10 hours of driving the car felt unusual. When we checke and air filter change on a 2016 VW Touareg. A week later we went on a long road trip. After 10 hours of driving the car felt unusual. When we checked the oil level it was less than half of what should be in there. This car does not leak oil and the mileage is very low. It appears that Leah drained the oil but did not put enough oil back in the car. I tested my theory when we returned home we got another oil change. And over the course of four months of driving the oil level is still where it should be. We will not trust Lia Volkswagen to service our cars ever again!!! More
