Great service and very responsive. I took it in for some recall work and they told me the radiator was leaking. They replaced the radiator that day and while returning home my Impala a I took it in for some recall work and they told me the radiator was leaking. They replaced the radiator that day and while returning home my Impala alerted that the engine was overheating. I contacted the service department 15 minutes before they closed for the day and talked to the manager about it. Since I was only a couple of miles from home I took it home. The manager said he would send his guys to my house the next morning to look at it. The next morning they sent a rollback to take it in to the shop to take care of any issues. Great service and people. I will use them for any future maintenance needs. More

Smooth and quick. The customer service representatives were very friendly. Fifteen word minimum, are you kidding me? Rather needy. But since you want more, the 3% charge for credit cards is unacceptable. Other companies do not separate out that charge and General Motors should negotiate a better deal on behalf of its customers.
