The multiple test drives it what ultimately allowed us to pick the CX30. Scott in finance was very professional as he explained our options and didn’t try to change our minds for what we wanted. As a first time car buyer, I am glad it was Mazda Roseville! John made sure I got the best salesman to work with, Chris! When I needed time to look over the cars, John and Chris gave me my space and did not pressure me to buy anything. They were all very respectful of my time! Chris even gave me complimentary key fob sleeves and a little tire pressure thermometer that he had in his desk, SO NICE!! When it came to finances, I was helped out by Scotty, again such a nice gentleman, explained everything to me, didn’t make me feel dumb, and respected my decision when I declined some of the packages that they offered. Overall, Roseville Mazda is the place to be at! If you ever there, ask for John and Chris, they will take care of you! More
