They do the old-fashioned the thing of always pulling in the Sales Manager, Nino Nicolaci, to approve the final sale, but he is a nice guy who has a sense of humor about the whole thing. They will generally give you a price that is on the lower end of the range price you find in Kelley Blue Book. More
