Professional but deceptive. Quoted a price saying including all the taxes and fee, but have extra fees on the day of purchase. Would have bought with the fees anyway if disclosed, but this practice soured the whole deal. The feeling of being taken advantage of is sickening, wish I had walked out. Now I feel bad every time i think of this purchase and this place. All because of my incompetent too.☹️ That aside, they are professional and will help you get what you need, but you gotta know what you are doing. Hope this experience can help on your car buying journey. More

Nirav was patient and at no time did I feel pressured to make a hasty decision. Once I made my purchase decision, the process was easy and stress-free. Nirav took care of preparing all the necessary paperwork so when I returned to complete the financial and ownership transactions, there was very little wait time. He went over all the operational features of the car and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Nirav, and really, all the staff at DCH Brunswick Toyota! For starters ask for Nick! Let me tell you, I was nervous about buying a car as most people are (being female and alone) but that guy makes you feel like you've known each other before.
