customer service is top notch! Just bought my 3rd VW From here and everytime the process is so easy and very Stress free!! The managment is amazing! My salesman Richard Rios is the Just bought my 3rd VW From here and everytime the process is so easy and very Stress free!! The managment is amazing! My salesman Richard Rios is the Most Fun and easy going salesman Ive ever Had!!! Made me feel very at ease and made the whole Process Flawless. My Service Advisor Alex Rosado Is my goto service guy he always make my visits enjoyable and keeps me informed on all my cars needs! Im very happy being in the Napleton Family! I will only buy my VWs from here!!! More
