This is my second purchase here, and I referred my Mom here because I knew they would handle her deal with integrity. As always, they keep the client at the forefront of the experience and this is the onl here because I knew they would handle her deal with integrity. As always, they keep the client at the forefront of the experience and this is the only dealership I have ever dealt with that makes buying a car joyful vs stressful. Marie, Rachel, Nize…all wonderful to work with. Oh and I LOVE my 2022 Subaru Outback Onyx XT!!! More

Once again, Brattleboro Subaru exceeded my expectations. My first purchase in 2017 was a very good experience (with Billy). Subsequent service visits were always accomplished as described. When I received the message that they were interested in buying my Forester, I was skeptical. It turned out, however, to be a good decision for me. A knowledgeable friend helped me by making the first contact with Ian. When we met with him, Ian was exactly the right person. He asked me pertinent questions, explained everything clearly so I could make the best decision that was right for me. Most of all, he did not rush or pressure me in any way. I am very pleased with the used Crosstrek I chose to replace the Forester. All my service will continue to be with Brattleboro Subaru. I will also recommend Ian, Billy and the business in general if the opportunity arises. More
