We received great service, support and a great price. All the other dealers we spoke with tried really hard to sell us something off their lot. This dealer quickly offered to order the exact car we were looking for. Why was this so difficult for all the other Subaru dealers closer to our home? We were not in a hurry to buy, so this was a perfect solution for us. We never felt pressured at any stage of the purchase procedure. (our last car purchase of a Toyota was pleasant until they pressured us into buying extended warranties, key protection, etc. This dealer presented our options, explained them all, and accepted our decision.) There was one problem with the vehicle. One of the port installed options was missing. They quickly fixed this while we were completing the paperwork. So it was a non-problem. Very professionally handled. Perhaps most importantly. The price we were quoted over the internet was the price we paid. There were no last minute surprises. I can honestly say that this was the best new car buying experience that I have ever had (dating back 25 years). More
