Every question I had was answered quickly and clearly, and his follow up was second to none. I never felt like I was chasing information or left in the dark. Most importantly, he made sure the deal was fair. There were no games, no surprises, and no last minute curveballs. Everything was laid out clearly and handled with integrity. That level of transparency builds trust, and Nizar earned it. He was also extremely accommodating with scheduling and logistics. I was really looking to buy a Genesis but Consumer Reports gave the new Santa Fe a review I couldn't pass up without looking at one. My wife and I stopped at Castle Hyundai on our way to Castle Genesi Reports gave the new Santa Fe a review I couldn't pass up without looking at one. My wife and I stopped at Castle Hyundai on our way to Castle Genesis and were greeted by Nizar. It was an easy meeting with no pressure; Nizar let us drive a new Santa Fe Hybrid demo by ourselves and I think we were sold; we did visit the Genesis location after returning the demo and were surprised to find out that a comparable Genesis would put us in a GV80 for a lot more money so we went home to think about it. Nizar did make a friendly, no pressure call the next day looking for our thoughts on the Santa Fe so we went back to look more in-depth. Again, no pressure and our questions were answered. Fast forward a couple of days and a new, dark grey Santa Fe is in our garage for good now. We would HIGHLY recommend Nizar at Castle! More
