Due to its extreme popularity (and scarcity), there were countless customers swarming the car like vultures by the time I arrived! Noah made sure no one else snatched it from under me while I was test driving, and really went above and beyond to make this a painless experience all the way around. Noah was patient, professional, and very knowledgeable.
An additional thank you to Jake, the finance manager, who was so kind and had all ducks in a row when it came time to sign on the dotted line—as well as GM Ed Sigmon, who personally thanked me for my purchase…a rare occurrence!

I drove 6 hours to purchase the car out of state. When I arrived Noah had the car ready and even took me to drop my rental off. He showed me the car

The titling process needs severe improvement. It’s been almost two months since I bought the car and it has yet to be titled. I would have given the dealership five stars if I wasn’t still going back and fourth with them about why my car isn’t titled and registered. I need a replacement license plate but I can’t because the dealership hasn’t completed the process. If they can’t handle titling out of state cars then they shouldn’t sell cars to people from different states.
