Bought a Chevy traverse and it took them 7 days to get it ready tires oil change cleaned and wow nothing was done went to pick it up and nobody knew where the keys were wow nobody knew where the car was wow ready tires oil change cleaned and wow nothing was done went to pick it up and nobody knew where the keys were wow nobody knew where the car was wow when they did find it they tried a quick wash with the paper tag still stuck to the window wow completely dirty inside not cleaned up wow Edgar left my own apparently he was getting married but left no word or no plan with anybody else to take care of this problem not even management stepped in to take care of the problem and the top it all off there was an eighth of a tank of gas in there I had to go right to a gas station wow this is a wow place in all the wrong meaning of wow I picked up a Ford truck from Phil Long Ford I'm not a big Ford fan anymore because they do not honor their recalls but feel long forward had two spots where they would back their vehicles up and there were shiny as they were the day they rolled off to assembly line in 3 days at Phil Long Ford oil change radiator fluid change brake pads and new tires and the truck was so xxxx shiny it was unbelievable but like I said not a Ford fan anymore it's too bad for long didn't have any Chevys that day if you must go to corwin Toyota avoid Edgar because he had no plan for us but they a good plan to get my $4,000 deposit for the car and the rest of the funds from the credit union that was a good plan for them but not for the customer there's no customer service there More

Noah was great. He went above and beyond to keep me updated throughout the process and I believe he really advocated for me as a car buyer. I appreciate his help throughout the process and would happily buy another vehicle from him in the future. I did have a few issues with the dealership. Corwin adds on additional features to new vehicles that I didn't want, yet was required to pay for (pulse breaks and anti-theft features). They also included their decal on the paint of my new car without my permission, which I now have to pay to have removed at the risk of scratching my paying. When I asked to have it removed at the dealership, they refused. I will not be buying another car with Corwin in the future because of these issues. More

I had a great experience purchasing my new car from Noah. He wasn't pushy and answered all my questions and concerns that I had!!! Everyone was very friendly and helpful even with all the construction going He wasn't pushy and answered all my questions and concerns that I had!!! Everyone was very friendly and helpful even with all the construction going on they all did amazing helping me. Beth was equally awesome and so easy to talk to. She answered every question even my email with questions!!! I would definately refer anyone I know to Corwin and will look them up the next time I want to buy a car!!!! More
