1 Star – Very Disappointing Experience After the Sale I bought a car from a Nissan dealer and worked with a sales representative named Noah (N-O-A-H). At first, everything seemed great. The agreement was clear, the process went smoothly, I inspected the car, and I was very satisfied when I picked it up. I was even told clearly that I had 30 days to come back if I found any issues, and that they would take care of it. However, after driving the car for just a couple of days, I noticed a serious issue: the engine mount needs to be replaced. The engine shakes noticeably while driving, while stopped, and even when the car is idling. This is not a minor issue and clearly existed before the sale. I went back to the dealership within a few days, well inside the 30-day period they mentioned. I had an appointment with Noah, but instead of helping, I was redirected to the service manager. The service manager told me this issue is “normal” for this model and said they could replace the engine mount — but only if I paid for it myself. That was not what I was told at the time of purchase. When I reminded them that I was explicitly told to come back within 30 days if anything was wrong, the response completely changed. Suddenly, I was told “it doesn’t work like that”, and Noah himself said it was too late and that they were not going to do anything about it. To make things worse, they wanted me to pay around $2,500 for a warranty when I bought the car. I declined because that warranty only covered the engine and transmission, and at the time there were no issues with either. Now, when a related mechanical issue appears (engine mount causing shaking), they refuse to help and expect me to pay thousands out of pocket. This feels extremely misleading and dishonest. They were friendly until the deal was done — after that, no accountability, no integrity, and no respect for what they promised. I did not expect this kind of treatment from a Nissan dealership. Be very careful, and get everything in writing, because verbal promises mean nothing here. More
