I only take my car here because it’s the closest Volkswagen dealership to my house. I dropped my car off for a 9:30am “appointment” but was told it was going to take a few hours to scan my car to se Volkswagen dealership to my house. I dropped my car off for a 9:30am “appointment” but was told it was going to take a few hours to scan my car to see why the check engine light was on. I didn’t receive a call until 3:30pm to say they do not have the part they need and it is back ordered so I can pick my car up but it is not repaired. So I was without my car for an entire day just for them to say it is not fixed and they are unsure when it can be. Which also means I will need to be inconvenienced another 1-2 days for them to work on my car another day. I’ve taken my car there multiple times in the past few months, the first time was for faulty key fobs and that issue is still unresolved, I waited there for 3 hours just to have one key battery replaced and I am still getting notifications on my car for “faulty key fob”. They don’t care about repairs they just want to try to sell you additional maintenance. More
