I have to be honest the situation with my car was very frustrating. My car was only a month old and it spent weeks in the shop for an issue with the onboard wifi, remote start and the car net application. frustrating. My car was only a month old and it spent weeks in the shop for an issue with the onboard wifi, remote start and the car net application. The dealer did everything on the hardware side of things and were left powerless and at the mercy of VW of America and their IT department. I have to be honest Nick in service understood my frustrations and provided me with an adequate loaner car. Nick was excellent, empathetic and compassionate and listened to my weekly whining. Finally, I get a call from Nick and we tested this cars functioning and I picked it up. I get home and test it and it did not work. I called Nick and we decided to see what happens over the next few days. Poof after three days, out of nowhere the app sent me a notification. I called Nick and told him the good news. All in all, Nick made the best of a crappy, out of the ordinary situation. Great Service, great advisor. More
