I’ve been driving Volkswagen’s for years, This is my second Jetta at Smithtown VW I’m extremely happy with the new management team and highly recommend them if your looking for a new or used car.
I’m also very pleased with the service Dept. Always Courteous and friendly. Noah kept me informed with the status of my vehicle and explained all regarding my VW. Whether an oil change, tires to a lock issue. Everything was always explained and done in a timely fashion.

They don’t know that I actually had it done already. Since coming under new ownership, the place does not know what’s going on and are bad at communicating. I reached out about the missing tire kit and they ignored the messages.
