We have been dealing with another VW entity for over 10 years without a problem. We went to this dealer because it is closer to where we moved. The technician actually argued with me and was insisting that we needed an oil change and coolant flush after having this done 9 days prior. Upon proving that to be the case, it was evident that we were being ripped off. No concession was made for the erroneous attempt to provide services not required. We would never recommend anyone to go there. More
