They threatened legal action against me if I wrote this review. After inquiring with two of my friends who are lawyers, I determined that everything that happened was well within my rights, and I refuse to review. After inquiring with two of my friends who are lawyers, I determined that everything that happened was well within my rights, and I refuse to be intimidated. We have bought 6 new cars and have been to quite a few dealerships within the past decade, and have never been treated like this. I would avoid Noah Scroggins at all costs. We began talking because I was trying to buy a used car, but during negotiations, it had been sold to a different customer, which was fine, and I started looking somewhere else since this dealership is 45 min away. A week later, I received a text from him saying that he had a new car listed for 28k OTD, which sounded too good to be true, but since it was written out in a text and with a good first impression, I thought that I could trust him. The first red flag was when he accidentally sent me two other customers' personal information the morning of the appointment. When I showed up at the dealership, Noah wasn't even there, so we talked to Zac Miller instead. Zac was helpful and though we had a bad experience, it wasn't his fault. He wasn't involved in the sale beforehand, so he had no clue what was going on at first and tried getting us to sign the papers right off the bat, but we wanted to see the price breakdown to make sure everything was correct first. After looking at the breakdown, we realized that it was actually going to be 33000 total. I explained that it wasn't the price that we agreed on, and he insisted that it was true, but after showing him the text that was sent to me, he explained to me that it was a mistake on Noah's end, and he meant that after putting 5k down, it would be 28k. When Noah walked in, he lied and said that he explained it over the phone, which was a blatant lie. based on the number of reviews that he has. I assume he is still new, but he should know better than to commit fraud. I calmly explained to both of them that I didn't want to proceed, and what they did was extremely unprofessional and, frankly, illegal, which must have triggered alarms in their head that I was going to sue them for some reason (lol). As they were processing my refund for my downpayment they were both whispering in the corner with Moe Laraki, the director. They both came back and handed me my documents, and I asked if I could keep the price breakdown, which Zac said sure and handed it to me, and I added it to a stack that had other documents we had brought (this is important). I thanked them and started to leave. That's probably when Moe realized his employee just handed over proof of fraud and jaunted over. Til now, the conversation was civil and kept at a low tone. He asks to see the papers and starts berating me, saying, "Look im giving you a great deal on a car *explains why* do you want this car or not!?" I say that the price doesn't matter its more of the principle that we were lied to. He shouts fine then leave! and starts running away with the papers in his hand, which included a lot of our sensitive personal information. I asked that he return the papers, and he said they didn't belong to me and started running away while his own coworkers were telling him that they did (bruh). Moe, being a geriatric, I caught up to him and snatched them out of his hand, but not before he separated the price breakdown. He then started screaming that I had just assaulted him and that he had security cameras. Little did he know that Pennsylvania is a stand your ground state, and he just stole from me. Since I didn't use excessive force to retrieve them, it's lawful. He then proceeded to tell his employees to call 911. We demanded that he return the price breakdown, but he refused, folded it up, and shoved it into his dirty pockets. We left the building and waited in the car for the cops when Moe came out and tried to sell the car AGAIN. The cops never ended up coming so we left. What a clown. More
