I called and asked a few questions, got the answers and scheduled an appointment. Showed up for the appointment and I was very happy to have been offered a shuttle to and from my home while they worked on scheduled an appointment. They didn't have the parts necessary to do the repair so they had my car over the Thanksgiving holiday which wasn't really a big deal. They found a few problems but could not pinpoint what is the issue that I'm having so we chose one of the repairs to make and unfortunately that was not the one that I needed. So I will have to come back and get the next repair when I have money. Noah was very pleasant, polite and knowledgeable. The only thing that I wasn't extremely happy about was that my aunt was paying for the service so we had a little bit of an issue getting that taken care of. More

I came in early @ 7:41 for my 8 am appointment I got a text stating my car is now being touched @ 9 something while I was the first person there to be the second to last leaving @ 10 I had to ask Noah wha text stating my car is now being touched @ 9 something while I was the first person there to be the second to last leaving @ 10 I had to ask Noah what's going on. He had to check to see what was taking long. Sad part whe I got home I received a texting saying my car was done @ 1 I was confused when I was home already so I don't think they finished the part on my car if I was home already with it. So that's was a poor performance on their part dealing with my car. More

I brought my car in for the same issue at least 5 times and never fixed. The car has had 2 transmissions from Kia installed at all transmission world and still didn't work. Kia reprogrammed it a few weeks and never fixed. The car has had 2 transmissions from Kia installed at all transmission world and still didn't work. Kia reprogrammed it a few weeks back didn't fix the issue. Now Kia says I need a third transmission and wants to charge me 6k. Most recently did another diagnostic didn't fix the problem and it was $860 for another reprogram. Noah would never tell me when he was out and who would be my contact in his absence so if I needed an update I'd have to call and would never get a call back. More

I enjoyed my service, however my wash was rushed, this had nothing to do with service, but more so with Sales as they were trying to sell me a car I didn’t need or want, as I wasnt looking for a trade in, had nothing to do with service, but more so with Sales as they were trying to sell me a car I didn’t need or want, as I wasnt looking for a trade in, I wanted to explore refinance options since they had reached out anyway. However sales had my keys the whole time, so my car was unable to be serviced as quickly & efficiently by service like it usually would have. Noah is great as always! More

The service department at this dealership is not very pleasant. Very abrupt and unprofessional - mostly the service manager! I took my vehicle in for 3 things 2 were shot down as "out of warranty" ( pleasant. Very abrupt and unprofessional - mostly the service manager! I took my vehicle in for 3 things 2 were shot down as "out of warranty" (72 days) 1 was not even looked at or addressed On top of this, my car has a mess all over it from tree work being done on their property and the car was never cleaned off.
