I never buy paint protection, especially since it requires reapplication every 6 months only at Henderson, which is a 1.5 hr drive roundtrip. Upselling is a given, and should be for something I want. I would have preferred a warranty extension, which I have purchased in the past from Findlay. More

Service side is okay sales side is crazy bad. Those guys make their sale then forget you even bought a car. Once you drive off the lot they forget about you and just pass you on to the service.
