I had an accident on a Wednesday, late afternoon and by opening on Thursday morning Brad in body shop had taken pictures of my car and sent them to my insurance claims rep without me even asking. This help opening on Thursday morning Brad in body shop had taken pictures of my car and sent them to my insurance claims rep without me even asking. This helped my claim get settled within 3 days. On Friday Derek helped me find a new Equinox in the color I wanted (thank you Mike Allen and Flash for giving it up) and getting the financing started. On Saturday, 3 days after the accident, Nolan helped get my financing with some extra coverage and an extra warranty, all while keeping me just under my out the door price. Once the paper was finished, Derek handed me the keys and walked to my car with me, sat down and showed me every awesome feature in my car, and had the patience to allow me to also try the features. One of the best car buying experiences I have had to date. More
