Noli Evangelista did his best to calm me down when your negligent repair technician left an attached oil jug hitting the belt under the hood after the oil change service, causing noise. Instead of driving negligent repair technician left an attached oil jug hitting the belt under the hood after the oil change service, causing noise. Instead of driving confidently after the maintenance service now I worry about the belt might snap anytime on the road. Need better quality control & coordination at your repair bays or is this deliberate act? The oil jug is too big to miss by the repair technician, I don't want him to lose his job but I'm dealing with a serious issue now. More
